    n Wednesday, September 16, 4:00 – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 10:00 PM UTC) the Paccurate PCS will be undergoing scheduled database maintenance and some features on manage.paccurate.io will be unavailable.

    Live cartonization will not be impacted during this window. Updates will be available on status.paccurate.io as maintenance proceeds.

    During this time, the site will be in read-only mode and users will experience limited functionality.

    Impacted Products:

    PacManage: Users can view but not update items in their Resource Library

    PacSimulate: Users can browse and view PacSimulate results and Insights, but not create new simulations

    Accounts: New API keys and users cannot be created.
